Jerry Glickman’s practice serves primarily medical and dental clients ranging in size from sole practitioners to group practices with single and multiple locations. Services include start-up situations, practice mergers and sales, development and implementation of bookkeeping and internal control systems, individual and corporate tax planning and retirement plan selection and administration.

Jerry began his career with an international accounting firm in Boston after graduating from Penn State University. After working in both public accounting and as a controller in private industry, Jerry began his own accounting practice in 1983.

He joined SMD in 1999, after establishing and operating his own accounting firm in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania for 16 years.

Jerry has been a speaker on the subject of dental practice management at the University of Pennsylvania Dental School and various professional societies and has been a frequent contributor to Medical Economics magazine.
