A former partner of two international accounting firms, Stephen Saks is a recognized expert in accounting and auditing. A graduate of The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, he now concentrates in providing Litigation Support Consulting Services in major cases involving public companies.

Steve has served clients in many industries. He has significant experience with the entities in the public, private, and not-for-profit sectors.

Prior to joining SMD, he served as a chief financial officer of several health care organizations. In one instance, he served as both chief executive officer and chief financial officer. He is an instructor of continuing education courses for certified public accountants and taught Auditing in the Graduate Division of The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
